Perrycroft Garden Cottage and Open Garden

We are frequently asked by customers for our recommendations for somewhere to stay in the area. Having just kitted out Perrycroft’s Garden Cottage with curtains, we have had ample opportunity to examine this truly delightful holiday cottage in the grounds of the Art and Crafts house designed by C.F.A. Voysey in 1895.

Perrycroft stands in ten acres of garden and woodland on the upper slopes of the Malvern Hills with fabulous views across to British Camp. Situated between Ledbury and Great Malvern it really is wonderful place to stay whilst visiting Herefordshire.

Here are a few shots of the house in thick snow and of the gardens last summer. Coincidentally, Perrycroft will open it’s garden for the NGS on Sunday 28th March, the same weekend as our next exhibition opens. So, if you can’t treat yourself to an extended stay in the area, pop along and see the Spring bulbs – and go again in Summer for their open garden on 20th June, 2010. Inside, the Garden Cottage is beautifully worked out for a comfortable and cosy stay in the winter. In the warmer months, thro open the French doors and eat outside in the gardens and soak up the beautiful surroundings. Upstairs are three bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom and further en-suite shower room. The owners have furnished the cottage in sympathy with it’s arts and crafts style. We really can’t recommend this place highly enough. To check availability via Gillian Archer, head to their website https://www.perrycroftholidaycottages.co.uk/
